Cancellation Policy

At Bomshell, we process orders as quickly as possible.

Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before their order has been dispatched.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide your order details.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

Refusal of Delivery

Customers are requested not to refuse a confirmed Cash on Delivery order without contacting Bomshell first.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may affect the availability of Cash on Delivery for future orders.

Bomshell's Right to Cancel

Bomshell reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or listing information

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Delivery restrictions

  • Other legitimate operational reasons
